Coaching & Training City & Guilds Introduction to Trainer Skills This two day course is an ideal qualification for those who train others in organisations. The course provides participants with a sound introduction to the concepts and systematic approach to training. Objectives
* Planning – including session planning, use of ice breakers
* Delivery – the learning environment, training resources, gaining and maintaining
attention, motivation,candidates will deliver a 10-15 minute session that they have planned
* Evaluation – assessment, self, peer group and course evaluation
Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)
Learn teaching and training techniques and gain the confidence to plan and deliver a training session – the first step on the teaching ladder.
