CIEH Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety

This course will benefit anyone working in a situation

where food is prepared, cooked and served.

It is relevant to all catering operations whether you

work in a pub, hotel, restaurant, fast food outlet,

hospitals, care establishments, nursing homes, schools,

prisons and armed forces.

Objectives

  * Food Safety Hazards

  * Food handling

  * Principles of safe food storage

  * Cleaning food premises and equipment

Candidates will answer a multiple choice exam.  Candidates that

pass will receive a certificate from the Chartered Institute of 

Environmental Health (CIEH).

CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety

This award can be offered on a bespoke basis for companies who

wish to give their catering team leaders and supervisors a higher

level of food safety training and the confidence to manage others

in a food preparation and catering setting
